Routine Block Fire-Safety Checks
Routine management checks of communal areas: escape routes, combustible storage, wedged doors, visible damage, signage, panel faults, smoke vents, and housekeeping.
Fire Logbook & Compliance Management
A single, organised fire safety record: inspection history, certificates, asset list, defect photographs, action deadlines, and contractor evidence.
FRA Action-Plan Management
End-to-end management of your fire risk assessment actions: remedial quotations, deadline tracking, certificate and photo collection, and final close-out inspections.
Emergency Lighting Testing & Maintenance
Monthly functional testing, annual full-rated-duration testing, fault repairs, replacement units, and new installations, in line with BS 5266-1:2025.
Smoke, Heat & CO Alarm Compliance
Inspect, test, replace, and install smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms in rental properties, keeping landlords compliant with their obligations.
Fire-Alarm Testing & Maintenance
Our inspection team performs and records routine fire-alarm user tests, giving you a documented history that your system is being regularly checked.
Electrical Fire-Risk & EICRs
EICRs and remedials covering damaged accessories, overloaded circuits, inadequate fire-resistant cable supports, and landlord electrical obligations.
Fire-Door Remedial Works & Replacement
Adjustments, repairs, and full replacement of fire doors, closing out the defects identified during inspection.
