What is an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report is an inspection of the fixed electrical installation that identifies defects and hazards, such as damaged accessories or overloaded circuits, and grades any remedial work required.
Do you carry out the remedial work as well?
Yes. We address damaged accessories, overloaded circuits, inadequate fire-resistant cable supports, and other landlord electrical remedials identified in the report.
